Your role as an OSHC Educator, you will be expected to

  • Support daily OSHC operations under the guidance of the Service Leader such as assist in planning and delivering high-quality programs in a safe and inclusive environment
  • Lead by example and promote positive, professional communication with the staffs, families and students
  • Maintain accurate program, attendance, incident, and compliance records and performing administrative duties including rostering, purchasing supplies, and event planning 

What you bring

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services, or currently working towards, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in OSHC or a similar setting
  • Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
